At PuffHaus, we take the quality of our botanicals and hardware seriously. To maintain the highest safety and sanitary standards for our community, we have a clear policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
. Consumable Products (Apothecary & Dispensary)
Due to the nature of our products and for the health and safety of all our customers, all sales of consumable items are final.
Items Included: Dry Mushrooms, Gummies, Chocolates, Cannabis Flower, Pre-rolls, and Vapes.
Why? Once a botanical product leaves our climate-controlled facility, we cannot guarantee its purity for resale.
Incorrect Items: If we sent you the wrong flavor or strain, please do not open the seal. Contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the unopened product, and we will ship the correct item to you immediately at no extra cost.
. Hardware & Tech (The Lab)
We stand by the high-performance gear we sell.
Unopened Returns: If you change your mind, you may return unopened, factory-sealed hardware (GeekVape, Snowwolf, etc.) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
Defective Hardware: If your device has a genuine manufacturer defect out of the box, contact The Lab support within 7 days. We will troubleshoot with you, and if it’s a “dead on arrival” unit, we will provide a replacement or store credit.
Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on hardware that has been dropped, water-damaged, or used with third-party coils/tanks not sold by PuffHaus.
. The Refund Process
Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives crushed or leaking, take a photo of the box before you open it. Send the photos and your order number to our support team within 48 hours. We will file a claim with the carrier and ensure your Haus supplies are replaced.
