I. Our Two-Hub System (USA & Europe)

To ensure the fastest delivery and minimal customs interference, we operate out of two primary fulfillment centers:

  •  West (USA): Serving all 50 U.S. States.

  •  EU (Europe): Serving the European Union and select neighboring countries.

    Orders are automatically routed to the hub closest to you to ensure lower shipping costs and zero customs delays.

II. The Stealth Standard (Discretion)

Your privacy is our top priority. We use “Stealth Shipping” techniques for every order:

  • Triple-Sealed: All organic products are heat-sealed in medical-grade, smell-proof bags.

  • Plain Packaging: Orders arrive in plain cardboard boxes or bubble mailers with no branding.

  • Discreet Sender: The return address will list a generic fulfillment name (e.g., “PH Distribution”) to ensure your delivery remains your business only.

Secure & Private Payment Options

To ensure the absolute privacy and security of our community, Puffhaus utilizes discrete, peer-to-peer payment methods. This prevents “high-risk” flags on your bank statements and ensures your botanical journey remains your business only.

1. Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin / ETH / USDT)

  • The Gold Standard for Privacy: We highly recommend paying with Crypto.

  • How it works: Select “Crypto” at checkout. You will receive a 5% discount automatically applied to your order.

2. Zelle / CashApp (Secure Transfer)

  • How it works: Choose “Manual Payment” at checkout.

  • Important: Once you place your order, you will receive an email with our current “Payment Handle.”

  • Note: When sending via Zelle, please leave the memo field blank or use your Order Number only. Do not include any product names (e.g., “Mushrooms” or “Vapes”) to ensure the transaction is processed smoothly.

IV. Compliance & Restrictions

We take legality and safety seriously to protect our community:

  • Local Laws: We do not ship products to regions where they are strictly prohibited. If an item is restricted in your specific state or country, the order will be cancelled and refunded immediately.

  • P.O. Boxes: Due to federal regulations (USA PACT Act), vape hardware (GeekVape/Snowwolf) cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical residential address.

  • Adult Signature (21+): In compliance with law, some deliveries—specifically vape and hemp-derived products—may require an adult signature upon arrival.

V. Delivery Guarantee & Insurance

  • Tracking: As soon as your order leaves The Lab, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number.

  • Damaged Items: If your hardware arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact Support@puffhaus.store within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Missing Packages: Once a package is scanned as “Delivered” by the carrier, Puffhaus is no longer responsible for its security. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

Our logistics team specializes in navigating complex shipping regions. If your address is being flagged as “Restricted,” do not worry—we may still be able to fulfill your order via our Custom Logistics Route.
