At PuffHaus, we understand that when you order from The Apothecary or The Dispensary, you want your products fast, safe, and—above all—private. We have designed our shipping process to be the gold standard in the industry.

. The Stealth Standard (Discretion)

Your privacy is our top priority.

• Plain Packaging: All orders are shipped in heat-sealed, smell-proof bags inside plain cardboard boxes or bubble mailers.

• Discreet Labeling: There is no mention of “PuffHaus,” “Cannabis,” “Vapes,” or “Mushrooms” on the outside of your package.

• Discreet Sender: The return address will list a generic fulfillment name (e.g., “PH Distribution”) to ensure your delivery remains your business only.

. Processing & Transit Times

• The Launch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday–Friday are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours.

• Tracking your journey: As soon as your order leaves The Lab, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress in real-time.

• Estimated Arrival: Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

. Shipping Restrictions

We take compliance seriously to protect our community.

• State Laws: We do not ship products to states where they are prohibited by local law. If you attempt to order a restricted item (e.g., certain mushroom vapes or high-potency hemp) to a restricted state, your order will be cancelled and refunded immediately.

• No International Shipping: Currently, PuffHaus only ships within the United States.

• PO Boxes: We cannot ship vape hardware (GeekVape/Snowwolf) to PO Boxes due to federal PACT Act regulations. Please provide a physical residential or business address for hardware orders.

. Delivery Issues & Insurance

• Missing Packages: Once a package is scanned as “Delivered” by the carrier, the Haus is no longer responsible for its security. We highly recommend shipping to a secure location where someone is present.

• Damaged Items: If your glass or hardware arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

. Adult Signature (21+)

In compliance with federal law for vape and hemp-derived products, some deliveries may require an Adult Signature (21+) upon arrival. Please ensure an adult is available to receive the package.
