Hardware &amp; Tech (The Lab)<\/b><\/h4><p data-path-to-node=\"9\">We stand by the high-performance gear we sell.<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"10\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Unopened Returns:<\/b> If you change your mind, you may return unopened, factory-sealed hardware (GeekVape, Snowwolf, etc.) within <b data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"126\">14 days<\/b> of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs).<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Defective Hardware:<\/b> If your device has a genuine manufacturer defect out of the box, contact <b data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"93\">The Lab<\/b> support within <b data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"116\">7 days<\/b>. We will troubleshoot with you, and if it&#8217;s a &#8222;dead on arrival&#8220; unit, we will provide a replacement or store credit.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Exclusions:<\/b> We cannot accept returns on hardware that has been dropped, water-damaged, or used with third-party coils\/tanks not sold by PuffHaus.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 data-path-to-node=\"11\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">.
